How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

To restore your subscription on a new device:

  1. Open the Dr Storytime app
  2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
  4. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) that you used to purchase the subscription

Note: Subscriptions are tied to your App Store or Google Play account. You must be signed in with the same account you used to purchase the subscription.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription in two ways:

From the app:

  1. Open Dr Storytime
  2. Go to Settings
  3. If you have an active subscription, tap "Manage Subscription"
  4. This opens your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscription management page

Directly from App Store / Google Play:

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Dr Storytime
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Dr Storytime

You can cancel anytime, and you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I download stories for offline use?

Downloading stories for offline access is a Premium feature:

  1. Make sure you have an active Premium subscription
  2. Open the app and go to Settings
  3. In the Content section, tap "Download All Stories"
  4. The app will download all stories with audio narration

Once downloaded, you can listen to stories without an internet connection.

Note: Downloaded stories are stored on your device and may use significant storage space. You can delete downloaded stories anytime from Settings to free up space.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

Yes. Your Premium subscription works across multiple devices on the same platform as long as:

  • You're signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android)
  • You restore purchases on each new device (Settings → Restore Purchases)

Note: Subscriptions purchased on iOS work on iOS devices only. Subscriptions purchased on Android work on Android devices only. Cross-platform subscriptions are not available.
